I was born in Church Point, Louisiana and raised in a Richard, a small community between Church Point and Eunice. I married shortly after graduating from Church Point High School and soon after my husband, Melvin and I joyfully welcomed our only child, Tyler, into our world. Life then led us to move to Alice, Texas where we remained for 8 years and my husband pursued his passion with a career in finance. Meanwhile, I was blessed with the opportunity to raise our son, and took great pleasure in my ever important role, which I embraced throughout his entire childhood all the way through high school. Tyler is now attending Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana as an athlete running distance on the men’s cross country team, providing me lots of free time, which has in turn opened the door to pursue my career as a Realtor.
My husband and I began flipping houses several years ago on a whim, and we ended up falling in love with it! We love every aspect of it from finding the roughest looking house on the street to doing most of the renovation work with our own hands. In the end, we take great pride in being able to transform a shell of a house into the cutest house on the street that someone will be happy to call home. This is the very thing that led me to my career as a Realtor. Now, I am able to take all I’ve learned from flipping houses and direct that knowledge into helping others find the perfect home. Or better yet, helping to guide others with turning a house into the perfect home by using the renovation knowledge I’ve gained from personal hands on experience.
I chose Keller Williams because I strongly believe in not only what they stand for, but, more importantly, the order of the values they prioritize. 1-God…2-Family…3-Career.
