Ashley Conway was born and raised in Springfield, Louisiana but fell in love with the culture and vitality of Acadiana the first time she visited family in Lafayette. After receiving her BBA from Southeastern Louisiana University in 2012, her heart knew that Lafayette was where she wanted to start a career and call home.
Upon moving to the area, Ashley worked for 10 years as an assistant property manager in a large, multi-tenant building where she nurtured a passion watching others build their businesses by providing them with exceptional customer service, attention to detail and maintained a high standard for all leased premises. She came to realize that this experience, her strong work ethic and her servant’s heart would translate seamlessly into the real estate industry.
